Resources are very scarce and optimum Utilization is the one thing that the Masses are interested in.
This can be observed in how the masses would prefer Engineers, for constructing their buildings, over ARCHITECTS. The general notion in Public is that if we go to an Architect he will make us spend money unnecessarily. What they miss is - 'More detailed the Plan, more precise the utilization of resources'. And this can be provided by a seasoned Architect only.
This is one field where we can make a huge impact and reverse the thoughts present in the minds of the public.
The Resources for constructing a Building can be categorized into mainly four types -
1. LAND
2. LABOUR
3. CAPITAL
4. MATERIALS
